Addabbo cannot deliver-look how $262,000 of our taxpayer money was wasted in Lindenwood, under his nose, despite the fact that he was Chairman of Parks and Recreation: "In the park-starved area where many live in condos and co-ops without backyards, almost 200 children used the playground each day in summers past... what they got instead, 12 weeks and $262,000 of taxpayer money later, a disgrace."
